You will receive a shipment every month. However, you may receive syringes, needles and alcohol swabs in your package that will last you for multiple shipments depending on your dosing schedule determined by the Endocrinology Provider.

Actual weight loss is dependent on a number of factors, but many of out clients lose around 5% of their initial weight. Over a period of 6-8 months, it can be as high as 10%. This equates to a weight loss of 10-20 pounds for a 200 pound person. Please note: Everyone is different and the most successful patients also work hard to make other lifestyle changes which includes exercise and mindful eating.

Once you have signed up, we will schedule your initial evaluation with the Endocrinology provider as quickly as possible. Time from sign up to initial consultation ranges from 1-2 weeks. If a prescription is written, the medication will be shipped using FedEx's standard overnight shipping so the medication can be temperature-controlled. The medication should arrive at your doorstep within a few days of your initial consultation.

Generic Semaglutide is designed to be therapeutically equivalent to its brand-name counterparts, such as Wegovy and Ozempic. The term "generic" refers to a medication that is bioequivalent to a brand-name drug, meaning it contains the same active ingredient in the same strength and dosage form.

Generic Semaglutide contains the same active ingredient as Wegovy and Ozempic, which is Semaglutide.

Follow the instructions to inject the medication

• Clean the area with the alcohol wipe and let it dry
• Hold the syringe in your hand and remove the cap with your other hand. Place the syringe between your thumb and forefinger. Let the syringe rest on your middle finger.
• Grasp the skin with your free hand
• Hold the syringe tightly and use your wrist to inject the needle into the skin
• Push down gently on the plunger. You can inject the medicine slowly to reduce the pain. Leave the needle in for 5 seconds before removing it to prevent leakage.
• Remove the needle at the same angle you put it. Gently wipe the area with the gauze pad.

The best areas for injecting the medication

1. Abdomen: The area below the waist to just above the hip bone and from the side to about 2 inches from the belly button. Avoid injecting near the belly button.
2. Thigh: Uncover your entire leg. Gently pinch 1-2 inches of the skin in the area halfway between the knee and hid and slightly to the side
3. Lower back: Imagine a line that runs across your back just above the crack between buttocks. Give injection in the are above this line, below the waist, and halfway between the spine and the side
4. Upper Arm: Uncover your arm up to the shoulder. Stand with your hand on your hip. The person giving the injection should stand next to and slightly behind you. They can give injections in the area halfway between the elbow and shoulder. Have them gently grasp 1-2 inches of the skin at the back of your arm between their thumb and first two fingers.

Nevertheless, consecutive absence from more than two appointments will result in the cancellation of your subscription without a refund.
