Side effects of Atenolol can include drowsiness, dizziness, shortness of breath, impotence, confusion and more. It is not usually recommended for anyone who works at a physically demanding job, or who is undertaking an intensive exercise program. You have to take it easy while you are on this medication, since it is will likley decrease your ability to exert yourself.
